Non-emergency transportation only

Bridgeway Mobility Group provides non-emergency medical transportation. We do not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Ride requests and quotes

Submitting a request through this website does not guarantee a booking. All rides are subject to availability and confirmation. Final pricing is provided in a quote and may vary based on route, rider needs, appointment timing, and any applicable options.

Payment

We are a private-pay provider. Payment terms — including card-on-file, family payment links, and approved facility invoicing — are confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Cancellation and no-show terms are provided with your quote and apply once a vehicle and driver have been reserved for your trip.
