FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about booking a safe, comfortable ride with Bridgeway.

  • What areas do you serve?

We serve Springboro, Dayton, Cincinnati, and surrounding Ohio communities — including Franklin, Miamisburg, and Centerville. If you're not sure whether we cover your route, just ask and we'll confirm.

  • How do I book a ride?

Use the Request a Ride form on this site, or email us. We'll review the details, confirm your quote and timing, and take care of the rest. A person reviews every request — nothing is auto-booked.

  • How far in advance should I schedule?

The more notice the better — pre-scheduled rides get priority and a confirmed time. We'll do our best with shorter notice; same-day requests are subject to availability and may include a priority fee.

  • Do you offer wheelchair-accessible transportation?

Yes. We provide ramp- and lift-ready wheelchair-accessible vehicles with proper securement, as well as ambulatory service for riders who can walk with minimal assistance.

  • How much does a ride cost?

Ambulatory rides start at $75 one-way and wheelchair-accessible rides start at $125 one-way, each including up to 10 loaded miles. Your exact price depends on distance, ride type, and timing, and we always confirm it up front before ride day.

  • How do I pay?

We're a private-pay provider. After we send your quote, a secure payment link follows to confirm the booking. Your ride is not held until payment is received.

  • Can I book a ride for a family member?

Absolutely. You can request rides on behalf of a loved one — just share the rider's details, the pickup and destination, and any assistance they need.

  • Do you provide door-through-door assistance?

Yes. Our drivers assist riders from their door to the vehicle and into their destination, with patience and care at every step.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Please give us as much notice as possible if plans change. Cancellation terms are shared with your quote and apply once a vehicle and driver have been reserved for your trip.

  • Is this an emergency service?

No. We provide non-emergency medical transportation only. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
